How do I book an appointment ?

All appointments can be made via our booking calender. If you have a specific question or if you’re struggling to find an appointment date and time, please contact us via email, phone or Instagram.

Do you require a deposit?

A friendly reminder about our booking policy. A £35 deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your total cost on the day.

Please note that if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and a fee may apply.  We appreciate early notice for any changes.

Do you offer consultations?

All consultations are a £20.00 charge, this will come off your total on the day if you decide to go ahead with treatment.

We use this time to learn about your concerns, talk about your treatment goals and create tailored recommendations based on your unique needs. Consultations can also be booked through the booking link.

Do you offer gift vouchers ?

Yes we do on request, we have gift vouchers. These vary from £25 - £500, please enquire using our 'contact' form. 

What is the best way to pay at my appointment ?

We accept cash and bank transfer
